Found a company that makes the hermetic sealed wire cylinder for our bikes ... thru all the restos I have done the wire insulation was going bad and cracking... age and heat ..so I made some up for anyone who would like to purchase..sent one to Marty and Jamie and they liked it !! ...here is the cost breakdown...had to order 10 pcs. to get the price of 75.00 ea ...as in the first pic, this is what I ordered...if I would specify wire color and length, then they would run 150.00 ea, because of the designer had to do drawings to send to the shop ??? so I added my own wire to make the length 2" longer for ease of connecting thru tank ... so bottom line for added materials and labor I will sell for
150.00 ea.... fyi a new connector will be included...you will have to push the wire thru the connector to clip in...the old wire cylinder pushes up thru the base...easy install
