Title: Anyone Try These LED Passing Lamps? Seems too Simple?

Howdy, bumped into this lamp on Amazon as I searched CLASSIC looking options for LED passing lamps. As I do not claim to be a motorcycle electrical expert, maybe someone here can see something right or wrong with these? They look just like the Wagner 4449 or 4415 that are used on our passing lights. As LED`s, why do all the other 4.5 passing lamp upgrades have large, heavy Drivers/Transformers built in, when this LED lamp appears to not need one?
Maybe it`s not needed because the low wattage/power needed? I did read one or two (so far) motorcyclist reviews saying it works good on their ride, including a Heritage Classic.
