Title: New Owner

Hi, I am new to the Excelsior-Henderson world, I just purchased a 1999 Green and Oyster Super X.  Really a unique bike.  I wanted a bike with some soul and I think I found it.

Yes, my wife and I both ride.  I've ridden in all 49 states. I followed the Excelsior Henderson story when they were being built and looked at them at the local dealer when they first came out.  This is just a way cool bike and you never see one on the road.  People have to look and ask what it is, then respond by "never heard of it".  I'm really looking forward to getting some miles on it this summer.

saw it yesterday (5/8/10).... its a sweetie.. and Ed's a proud owner. Got it at a great price too!!

Welcome to the family Ed.  Whenever a Super X finds a good home we are eXtrodrinarily pleased.  Your bike was one that had disappeared so it is even better to know it is rescued.
