Installed LEDs in the turn signals; work fine except the dash indicator flashes at twice the speed of the lights themselves, but no big deal. Just noticed that the self cancelling function does not work. Can a resistor be installed in the flasher unit to solve this? ???

Im sure it can be done.....
someone brighter than me will have to explain it....

I had LEDS as well... They were not as bright as I wanted. Cheap Chinese junk. I ended up putting in 2357's... A bit brighter than the stock 1157's/ 2057's... Go to the G.E. web site and you can pull up the watts and lumens of most light bulbs. Hey Sean... What kind of LED's did you get? The "bulb" type with about 9-11 LED's or did you come up with something better?

A combination of the 12 LED "straight out" bulbs for the signals (designed in US, assembled in Taiwan) and a "tower" style that illuminates 180 degrees for the tail/stop lamp.
Two different manufacturers, but got both at AutoZone.

Signals are amber LEDs and tail/stop lamp is red.
