So if I register my X on this website what happens to the previous registry? Does it just disappear?
I like having the original owners' information show as a part of the history of the bike. I am the fourth owner so far as I can discern but only the original owner, whom I was told was a dealer (Gerald Fuller) is shown on the registry. The other owners probably didn't register here.
So can the original registry record be kept and accessed if I register?

As the registry isnt monitored daily..
And who want to register, have to anyway..
Find the contact link and explain what you want to do...
You'll get a reply, ...

Bruce,
The registry email address seems to be borked. I got a return message saying no such recipient.
I was trying to get 1663 reassigned to me, fix the vin and make it public.
Uhh...because I may have bought it or something like that. ;)

Remind me if I forget Monday...
Tough doing anything on the phone

No worries. I lost track of the calendar, it was 2:30 in the morning and I just got home with the bike.

Bruce,
Taking this half of the discussion to the proper thread...
The page I was on was this:
http://www.excelsiorhenderson.com/pages/registry/lostpass.php
It said to email update@excelsiorhenderson.com
I will use the other link.
BTW: I am getting occasional hijacks (site redirects) from this site and from the registry site. I get them both on my phone and on the computer. Trying to author this post, it directed me to some bogus Microsoft spyware alert page that I had a tough time closing. It's probably on the hosting computer so you might let the service provider know about it. It only happens here (not other sites) and it's only been the last week or so.
Thank you,
Greg

Greg, Bruce,
Same thing has happened to me. The dialog box asks for user and PW information, and is hard to get rid of without using task manager. Someone has hijacked the EH site, please warn all users NOT to divulge any login information!

It's not all the time but it happens maybe once a day. I just got it on my phone trying to get to this thread. I have screen shots of the last two on the phone, including the addresses. It has to be on the hosting computer. Clicking the Recent Posts link triggered it for me. The only way I know how to hijack a link like that would be on the server.
