Bruce, with CNC machining centers I'd think they can reproduce that part. Im not sure what kind of splines need broached but if they are coarse a wire EDM might suffice. It would be good to idetify the material and see if it was a reasonable choice or if enhancements can be made. Just for shits, I'll PMI this old 2008 HD ramp assy and see what it is made of.
