And Biketoberfest 2022.  After discussion with the board, the Spring Rally on the West coast will be May 12-14. Doug Hoffelt will be getting rides together and helping on that end of organizing Lock mentioned that it costs about $1000 to ship your bike from East coast to Las Vegas, which is about a 3-hour ride to Lancaster California which will be home base. Mike will get details of Rally to Jamie, as he has customers on the west coastal area. Jamie can mail info to those customers about the Rally. The East Coast Spring Rally will be anchored around the Lexington Kentucky area. The dates will be May 26-30 Memorial weekend. Mike will start to work on rides and lodging. Locks son manages some places to stay, and he will get info from him about lodging.  One ride will be the Bourbon Trail. Member Van Braun lives in area, and Mike can contact him for good area rides. Fall Rally will be at Wisconsin Dells, the weekend after Labor Day September 8-11. More details to follow on this Rally as meetings going forward. Waz is willing to help anyway he can on this Rally. Service director report by Jamie. Bikes come in sick and are leaving healthy! A customer called with rear brake not operating brake light. Jamie said if he has not changed the brake fluid, he needed to do that and push the brake pedal down hard. With that he mentioned that we should be changing the 3 Dot5 oils front, rear brakes, and clutch. In the manual it says every 3 years to be changed, Jamie mentioned every 5 should be ok, and if it is yellowish, change it! He discussed something new that he has not seen before. He was working on a May 99 build date bike, and he took the floorboard off for a motor install, and he noticed a die cut piece of rubber was installed on floorboard mount. He explained that the factory must have been trying to fix an issue that customers were complaining about the vibration on floorboards.

New business. AJ to e-mail out to members some upcoming information, such as, membership for 2022 year starts March 1st, if anyone has an interest in becoming a board member, they can contact President Lock, the Rallys that we approved of, California, Kentucky, and Wisconsin Dells. The price for dues is $25 for one, and $15 for another member of the house, same as last year. Jamie will communicate with Greg on the possibility of making up the rear tire alignment tool, which we can sell after we find out all the information for manufacturing, and shipping. Mike to contact Dan to see if would like to talk to members on our annual membership meeting in March. More discussion about that next meeting
