Does anyone know if Bobby published any installation (or other) documents to go with this product?

Why do you ask? I can't imagine that it would install any differently than a stock one.

The clutch lever pull efforts go up because he changed the ratio which make it a pain in stop-and-go traffic. I have first hand experience with this one and I wouldn't recommend it.

Ditch the X-Man Clutch Slave Cylinder... Go with a stock with Viton O-Rings... Easier to use..

Mine came with no instructions.  Straight forward bolt in, bleed it and your
done. Like others said it's got a long throw. Lucky I have big hands .

Ok, that's the answer to one question.  I was wondering if there were instructions and, most importantly, if it showed the orientation of the cup seals on the piston.  Bobby used nitrile seals, not compatible with DOT 5 synthetic brake fluid.  I'm looking for Viton replacements, or might try quad seal o-rings if the cup seals are unavailable.

The quads might be better than the cup seals because, as Jumper noted, the cups are actually SO tight, it makes the clutch pull VERY stiff.

Back to the question; it sounds like Bobby just sent the assembly together with no disassembly instructions for seal replacement.  Does anyone KNOW (not guess) the proper orientation of the cup seals on the piston?

When I first got 741, I called Bobby to ask some questions about it. He had done a lot of mods to it for the previous owner. Bobby told me he has completely discontinued anything to do with EH motorcycles, and concentrates on his own custom stuff now. You might try to get a hold of him anyway, he seemed like a pretty good guy. Not sure if he's still in business at The Biker Shack, but give it a try:

Sounds like most that have installed these are unhappy with them.  Anyone have one they've removed that they want to get rid of???

I installed mine with the tranny update. Like everyone said if you don't have
Big hands the clutch throw would be a bitch. Never any issue with it though.
