Blue fender extension and licence plate bracket needed

Looking for a couple of painted items. Hoping to not need to repaint them.

• The fender extension for the front of the rear fender (the often forgotten piece, just ahead of the wheel on the left side). Since it's only one color and not striped, the part from a 1999 blue/silver should be the same as the 2000.
• This is a long-shot: the rear license plate brackets were available painted (instead of chrome) on some of the later 2000 bikes. I'd like to find a blue painted one.
• Also looking for the same license bracket in black.
