XH Riders Club Meeting

In attendance Mike Locklear, Phil Marks, A.J. Fago, Jamie Jones, Mike Seastrom, Rick Wawrzyniak, and Keith Kuhl
Opening comments by President Mike Lock Two weeks till Daytona! Stuck in snow in Cleveland, and salty roads.
Treasury report by Phil Paypal $3179.00 Merchant Bank 531.54 Total $3710.54 Dan deposited $25 which I guess is a membership, not sure.
Merchandising report by Waz. Discussed about getting the information for swag that will go out with this year’s membership. One shirt, a pin, and a couple stickers. Will get it done local Waz to send email out on prices for 150 shirts, and pins. Will work with A.J. on this. Was noted that it is difficult to put t-shirt sizes when they renew membership, discussed making it easier. A.J, Phil, and Waz will get it figured out.
Membership report by A.J. 32 total new members so far. Discussion on multi year membership. More to follow on that.
Social director report by Mike Seastrom. Discussion on California rally. Getting things worked out with that. Will get info out to members about rally. Working on the Kentucky rally, more info to follow. Wisconsin Dells will start working on that. Heading to the Bike Week gathering in Florida.
Service report by Jamie. Jamie talked about a bike he received 3-4 years ago in boxes, crates, he got it together, and the guy picked it up, and is riding it to Arizona! He called Jamie about how to change oil, he was in Colorado. Never give up, be patient.
New business. The three positions on board are staying, no others came forward. Everyone voted back in and it was decided to all stay in same positions. We didn’t have enough spanner wrenches from last membership drive, so after discussion, we are making 25 more for $25 shipped. Discussion on making alignment tool, will get prices from Greg. A.J. to send out info about Greg’s memorial in Michigan.
