HI ALL JUST PURCHASED A EXCELSIOR 197 ROADMASTER 1952 DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THEM BUT THE FRONT SUSPENSION FEELS VERY SOFT CAN ANYBODY HELP?

This site Alan is for 1999-2000 excelsior hendersons. All built in Minn.

From you discription it sounds like you own an english built excelsior..... Different build, breed, country.
