got a harness...I power up ...lights work...fuse for the EFI ...no power...????    all relays and sensors are new ..( restoring this bike)

I have no quick answer for you Bob... other than get the volt meter out and start testing wires for continuity. As a retired telephone man thats the direction I'd go. And I do realize everyone hates to go this direction.....
Assuming "got a harness" means you made/bought a new one for the restoration?
