HCX vs HCXS

I have read that bikes with the 'S' designation in the serial number indicates the Deadwood model. Other people have told me not so. Who's correct?

It's easy to figure out...
Go to the registry....
A lot of the Xs have Thier VIN in the profile...
I have not paid much attention to VINs, other than Xs for sale.
I went to a known DWS in nebraXi....
His is denoted with the "S"....
