| Comments: | "It has the factory upgrades and the factory documentation sheets." - Keith Weuste - **** My grandpa, Keith Allen Weuste purchased 0311 from a seller on Ebay Motors on 02/13/2004. 0311 was located in Greeneville, TN and Keith brought it to Bellevue, IA. Keith decided to place 0311 in the Anamosa, IA motorcycle museum where it stayed for over a decade. Keith passed away in April of 2016. I retrieved 0311 from the museum a few years ago. 0311 received a restoration and all current updates on 05/02/2025 by Valhalla Motor Works. 0311 has all the original factory documentation. Keith told me that it was a Demo bike for EH.**** 0311 started its life as a Demo motorcycle built specifically for the Daytona Bike Week, 1999. Excelsior-Henderson’s first public Demo. 0311 was number 18 off the demo line, completed 02/15/1999. After it’s use in the Demo Fleet, 0311 was sold to an executive assistant at Excelsior-Henderson. Post E-H, that individual moved to Tennessee, where Keith purchased the motorcycle in 2004. **** Keith passed away April 6th, 2016 leaving us EH 0400 and 0311. They are more than a motorcycle to this family. Keith was an original shareholder and had a burning passion for Excelsior Henderson. He passed that passion along to me with a ton of his original EH apparel, memorabilia, parts, and documentation. Keith aways said, "Ride it like you stole it". |
