Joe....
IMO, the best place to spot regularly, EH's for sale, at insiders prices (not dealer, not ebay, craigslist) is the facebook page.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/ExcelsiorHendersonRoadClub

I believe currently in the past couple of weeks there have been 3 for sale. I cannot quote prices, as some of the posts don't give a price unless messaged to seller.

Next would be craigs list, but at least for me its a hard website to follow.

Ebay is usually dealers, that are asking unreasonable prices, and have been advertising same bikes for over a year. Once in a while a stray private owner will stumble in there.

Almost forgot.... oops....  Mike in Arkansas (ehparts.net), has some for sale also. I'm not in the market, but contact him on his web site via email, or give him a call (phone number is on website). With Mike (I know him personallly), you won't get a more honest sales, as his customer base is small and he knows it. He's good stuff.

As a past owner, I'm hoping you realize that dealerships are unreasonable (unless you have a close relationship with them).

Hope I was of some help.  Maybe if Greg gets on here he can add some more. I know he watches the market pretty close.

Just a heads up, Doug Hoffelt and myself are trying to put together a Super-X rally out west. We are looking at Laughlin, NV as our hub location for the weekend of April 24 - 27. There are a LOT of motorcycle events planned on that weekend in the area, in an attempt by local communities to replace the now defunct "Laughlin River Rally". Bullhead City has their "Motorcycle Mayhem", and multiple communities along historic Route 66 are coordinating their "Route 66 Bike Week". I will try to get some good room rates, and plan to make up some T-shirts. And of course, plan some good rides in the area. Please reach out to me with questions, comments and suggestions. Ride Safe!

Bike History Records / 0400 Raven Black 1999

1999 Excelsior Henderson Super X in Raven Black. This Super X was originally purchased by my grandpa, Keith Allen Weuste in Iowa. Keith was an investor in Excelsior Henderson and he fell in love with the rushing spirt of Excelsior Henderson. He also purchased 0311 in 2004. 0400 was an extremely special bike to Kieth. He made it his own. With a lot of help from the EX community online and Jamie at Atlantic, Keith did all of the major upgrades himself. He also made it his own with his own customizations, resulting in a unique Super X. My grandpa Keith instilled in me the passion for Excelsior Henderson at a very young age. Keith unfortunately and unexpectedly passed away at the age of 68 in 2016. He left 0400 and 0311 to me. These two Super X?s have resided with me in Middle Tennessee since 2016. I ride 0400 regularly. Currently at 14,000 original miles.

Technical Resource Discussion / Re: 8352 tune ???

Bob.... sorry about the delayed answer.... somehow I missed this....
Yep back in the day an owner could buy a key, long cord, CD.... and tune their bike with the latest and greatest from their PC....
Now, you send your X or ECU to Mike Seastrom or Duane Judge, and they'll update it for you.

I'm not really sure what the Xaminator would be worth as a collectible. I've seen them here and there with prices all over the place. As I'm sure you've seen with other  parts on ebay. Crazy market currently...

Sorry I'm not much help Bob...
