the clothing side of X world has been a bit fickle thru the years....
a year after the doors closed, Tshirts were going for 30$..... Before that, you could buy a lot of tshirts for 100$...
Now generally speaking, small sized garmets, are hard to sell with any profit. Where as anything XL and bigger are going for the big bucks.
You don't state/show if this is a long sleeve or not, ... If it in fact has never been worn, and it is a long sleeve, XL, I'd say there is a shot at 60$.... The patched shirt like yours could even go higher than the screened shirts... if you can find the right buyer...

On facebook currently there is a varsity jacket.... going cheaper than I expected, but as the posts go under that sale, a lot of guys looking for XXL....
