Balance factor & change for M.Y. 2000

So it was my understanding the balance factor used for the HCX crankshaft was in the 30% range. 

Does anyone know the actual %?

Per factor video the balance was revised for model year 2000.  Anyone know the value?  I assume it moved up.

Sorry but, I haven't got a clue and I don't know who we could ask. You're probably as likely a source of picking a value as anybody.
