The reports
Last minutes approved

Phil Treasury report. Paypal $1,006.01 Merchant bank $335.25 Pay outs $2,223.29 for membership shirts.

A.J. Membership report. We have 108 paid members. A dip in membership from our high of 130. Sent out 139 post cards, 24 renewed, 9 returned because of no forwarding address. We need 5 renewals to cover cost of sending postcards out. So they are worth sending out.

Waz Merchandising report. The membership shirts are scheduled to be in this week. When they arrive, I  will get the membership packages sent out.

Mike Seastrom Social/events report. The upcoming fall rally is looking to be a good turnout, as 25-30 people have indicated they will be there. Have a couple rides that Todd Johnson, Brian Franson, and Denny Wilkerson will lead on Friday and Saturday. On Friday night we will have an All-American taco bar. We are trying this instead of trying to finish a ride, and rush to get everything for a cookout. And we will pass the hat to help offset the cost On Saturday night, Brian Franson will stop at a Bar B Que place on the Saturday ride.  I plan on having banners hanging when people arrive, and have them sign in. Will have drawing for items we are bring plus the WTT shirts, and Waz is bringing some items also.  I am bringing the old Excelsior Henderson safety glasses, which are not good for safety any longer, and pass them out, and maybe get a picture with everyone.

Jamie Service director report. As we all know, and have firsthand knowledge, we are having a global supply/shortage issue. We are waiting on coolers, fans, to arrive, fuel pump regulators on back order. Tires, our tire tubes, its all been thrown in tatters. On a positive note. We had a gentleman from California that had a bike that he took to some shops in California to get his bike running, and were unable to get it started, so in May he shipped it to us. The first thing I checked was fuel pressure, which was what I told him to check before, and it only had 17 PSI, and held at 3PSI, which we know won’t allow bike to run. Fixed fuel pump, and some wire issues, and he called and was amazed that I had it running and ready for him to pick it up. So, he and his girlfriend flew out to New York, found and very inexpensive car, had it checked over, and hung out with us a couple days, and off they rode, him on his bike, her following in the car. He kept us informed on his ride back to California. As they rode through Texas the rain just got too bad to continue, so they decided to get a rental truck and bring it the rest of way home. He did have 2,200 trouble free miles getting to that point. I would like to get them a membership if possible

President Lock Made mention that he has been out riding a lot, and had taken 1443 to the Kentucky rally, and thanked Jamie for all the work on the bikes, so that they can be ridden miles, as the gentleman from California can attest to. Today I was at a charity ride with about 345 bikes, on a nice 150-mile ride.  Also, Tom and Ann might be joining us at the Dells

New business. Mike was wondering if A.J could send out an email to members reminding of the Dells rally, and an update to the membership packages, which A.J. said he would. Had a discussion on if we really need to get cards every year for members. More discussion to follow on upcoming meetings.

Next meeting October 9th 7:30 et.
